ORDER PROCESSING

All in-stock items are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Open Group Buys will be processed upon completion. Please refer to the website for a detailed update on the status. 


SINGAPORE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In view of Covid-19 pandemic, the option of in-store pickup will not be available.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that we only ship via registered mail for both local and international delivery. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Synaesthesia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

COVID-19 has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from Singapore to all international destinations.

Please note that shipments to and from overseas will result in substantial delay, even as we work round the clock with our logistics partners.


SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Post Office (PO) box addresses.


ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Please contact your local postal services / shipment carrier if your tracking number has not been updated.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@synaesthesia.online with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Synaesthesia is not responsible for any products lost or damaged in transit.

We will take every possible measure to ensure the items are packed well and properly cushioned. However, once the item has been picked up by the shipping companies, we are not liable for any loss or damage. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
