GENERAL REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. This is applicable to both In-stock Sales and Open Group Buys. Please review your purchases carefully before payment is made as we will not grant refunds on items purchased in error under any circumstances.
However, should there be a need to request for a cancellation / refund / return of items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event where cancellation is allowed, cancellation charges of 5% will be levied due to Shopify Policy changes.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before shipping the item to us, please contact us at email@example.com with your order details.
Once you have received a confirmation email from us, please mail the item to us, at your own cost, via registered mail. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, return shipping costs, and Shopify transaction fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
In the event you haven’t received a refund yet, please perform the following:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (not including damage incurred during shipping). If you wish to request for an exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
RETURNS ADDRESS (IF APPLICABLE)
Prior to shipping an item back to us, please refer to steps above for returns. Unauthorized shipping returns will not be entertained.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, please only use trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
